As an HR Specialist, you will be part of our People & Culture team. Our local HR team of four works closely with operations and other functions, with additional support from our Nordic colleagues in Sweden.
Your key responsibilities
We are looking for an HR Specialist to support our business with day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. This is a hands-on, versatile role with a strong focus on payroll coordination, HR administration, and employee support.
Coordinate payroll processes and ensure accurate input data
Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle (contracts, onboarding, offboarding)
Handle residence permits, right-to-work processes, and access badges
Support recruitment activities and hiring managers
Maintain HR systems and employee benefits
Act as a trusted HR contact for managers and employees
