SALES MANAGER, INDUSTRIAL INFRASTRUCTURE
to join our Industry, Sales Finland, organization.

As Sales Manager you are responsible for driving your own sales according to the business plan. You are responsible for new sales and customer negotiations in your responsible area. You report directly to Head of Sales Finland, Industrial Infrastructure, and co-operate closely with all organizational legs within Nevel and externally with authorities. Your primary workplace will be Helsinki, in a hybrid model.
Key responsibilities in the following areas:
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the responsible area and promote and sell new offerings to expand the customer base and diversify revenue streams.
Lead contract discussions with new and existing customers and ensure agreements align with company objectives and customer needs.
Drive sales in accordance with the decided business plan.
Manage and drive your own business cases.
Regularly engage with clients to address issues, gather feedback, and propose tailored solutions.
Meet or exceed sales, profitability, and growth targets within the responsible area, also to monitor market trends.
Work closely with internal teams, to ensure seamless service delivery, and to provide sales performance reports and insights into management.
Key qualifications for excelling in this role include:
Proven experience in solution selling
Commercial know-how
Organization, negotiation skills and good ability to co-operate
Initiative skills and customer-oriented way of working
Experience in energy production, and in technical sales
Excellent Finnish and English language skills; Swedish is a plus
Strong experience in leading large investment projects, including cash flow calculations, engineering expertise, project management skills, and confident presentation abilities
Background in B2B
Suitable technical or financial education (e.g. Bachelor / Master of
