Job Description
As Distribution/Inventory Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily execution and reliability of CoreGo’s logistics operations. You ensure that equipment, shipments, and cross‑border deliveries are in the right place, at the right time - and that our logistics promise is delivered consistently in real production environments.
You operate at the heart of our business: coordinating deliveries, solving issues in real time, and working closely with production, customer teams, and logistics partners.
Your tasks will include
Coordinating daily logistics operations, including shipments, deliveries, returns, and equipment movements
Ensuring delivery schedules, service levels, and commitments are met, and proactively resolve issues
Managing international logistics and customs-related processes
Maintaining smooth collaboration between warehouse, transport, and field teams
Collaborating closely with production, customer teams, and on-site personnel and resolving issues during productions
Coordinating ATA carnet processes and other temporary export/import arrangements
Working closely with local country companies, as key operational and logistical information is held locally
Supporting customer experience by ensuring reliable and on-time deliveries and assisting sales and clients with logistics-related matters
Practical Information
This is a permanent, full-time position and we hope you can start as soon as possible.
We are looking for a person based in Finland who is capable of working on-site at our office in Helsinki. We also provide flexible remote work options.
