As the Finance Manager AtoN Finland, you will contribute to the financial success and growth of the company by ensuring accurate financial reporting to support decision making, planning, and control processes. You are responsible for providing accounting and analytical support for a multi-business company, conducting auditing activities, preparing financial reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The successful Finance Manager will have strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the diverse global organization.

Your core responsibilities will beDay to day management of accounts

Lead daily AP and AR routines

Manage the monthly closing process

Ownership of external and internal audits

Maintain, implement and enforce corporate policies and standards

Collaborate closely with internal customers and peers in Europe, USA and Australia

Support local leadership with ad hoc requests

Perform annual and quarterly budgeting

Experience & EducationDegree in Accounting

Strong understanding of FAS as well as IAS/IFRS
