We are looking for a CRM Product Owner to lead the development and future direction of Forenom’s CRM ecosystem. In this role, you will own the CRM roadmap, develop our current Salesforce environment, and help shape the future of customer, sales and marketing operations through AI, automation and scalable technology solutions.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, tech teams and external partners to ensure our CRM supports core business processes and delivers real business value.
Your responsibilities
Own the CRM vision, roadmap and priorities
Develop and optimize Salesforce environments and CRM processes across sales, marketing and customer service
Improve automation, data quality and user experience
Drive the evolution towards AI- and agent-based operating models
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve decision-making through data and automation
Own the CRM integration landscape and collaborate on integration architecture with internal tech teams
Evaluate future CRM technology choices and support potential platform transitions
Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring smooth delivery from idea to implementation
