Team Insight: The DataCenter Service / Datacenter Cloud System (DCS) team sits within the TikTok/Bytedance global technology structure and supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyper-scale datacenters, managing the life cycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions, and developing various infrastructure services, making sure they are scalable and are reliable. Role Insight: We are seeking a Data Center Operations Leader for Finland to provide leadership and address these challenges by building a solid 24x7x365 operating framework for TikTok's data centers. Through successfully managing a team of data center professionals, this role will deliver robust site services, increase availability, and decrease MTTR. The Operations leader will also build collaborative partnerships across various internal stakeholder groups at all levels to ensure the requirements and OLAs are met. They will also build critical partnerships with external vendors to ensure we are realizing the full potential of the services we receive. We're looking for a dynamic, experienced individual who has managed highly-available environments through a global team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to help develop and execute TikTok's long-term data center strategy.
