Who are We Looking For?

You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a master's degree in Engineering, STEM disciplines, Economics, Business, Law, or related fields, and are available to work full-time.

You are fluent in English and Finnish.

You bring international experience, whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.

You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
