This is a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will work full time during the summer. After that, we can adjust the hours to support your studies and our team schedule.

The work
Our production volumes are growing, and that means more people, more devices, and more moments where someone needs help fast. In this role, you make everyday work at IQM simpler and fluent by helping end users solve IT issues without interruptions.
What you'll actually doResolve IT support tickets as first line support, remotely or onsite
Document your work clearly in our ticketing system
Support with hands-on IT tasks like workstation installations, repairs, and cleaning
Maintain IT assets and stock so devices and peripherals are ready when needed
What we're looking forOngoing studies in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or a similar area, or equivalent practical experience
Service-minded attitude and a genuine interest in helping others
Customer service experience, from IT support or another people-facing role
Good working knowledge of Mac, Windows, and Linux
Ability to follow instructions and document actions taken in a clear way
A systematic way of working and good problem solving skills
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with different teams
Nice to haveExperience with workstation imaging and setup at scale
Familiarity with IT asset management tools or inventory processes
