SERVICE OWNERSHIP As Service Manager you are end-to-end responsible for Red Bull’s global Infrastructure DevOps Security service. You define and manage operations in collaboration with our operation partners, internal stakeholders and vendors. It is your responsibility to develop and implement innovative concepts and projects to enhance service performance and operational efficiency. SECURITY GOVERNANCE In this role you create and continuously improve concepts, architecture and processes around secure DevOps pipelines and key handling, rapid certificate rotation and the usage of machine identities. Furthermore, you ensure the proper implementation by our global, regional and local IT teams. TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGIES To ensure security, you also select, provide, and continuously optimize the tools that deliver the greatest value for Red Bull. Among these are internal Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), solutions for managing public certificates, code signing services, HashiCorp Vault environment, and the Hardware Security Module (HSM) infrastructure. STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION As Service Manager you regularly engage with global stakeholders to align on initiatives, and projects. You work collaboratively to identify and address pain points, potential threats, and future demands, ensuring alignment with Red Bull's long-term objectives. PARTNER MANAGEMENT Based on our Managed Services approach a strong collaboration with our operations partner and vendors is key. You ensure that operations partners are delivering the defined services in the expected quality. By collaborating closely, you lead and build relationship with operations partners to set up long term goals and success together. BUDGET MANAGEMENT In this role you oversee and manage the budget related to your service, including service organization, project and vendor costs.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience At least 2 years of experience in securing DevOps deployments or initiatives. Experience in leading DevSecOps teams is beneficial. A good understanding of process management paired with proven project management skills (ITIL knowledge is beneficial) Stakeholder or customer management experience in a cross functional environment is a plus Good communication skills in English (German is a plus) Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and cooperation skills Performance- and result-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on responsibility and drive issues forward
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
