Health & Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced H&S Manager to lead and oversee all environmental, health, and safety activities across Data Center projects. This role is accountable for the safe, timely, and compliant delivery of H&S programs during construction and commissioning phases. Acting as the senior authority on-site for H&S, you will ensure flawless execution aligned with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement H&S strategies for Data Center projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards and local regulations.

Act as the primary H&S authority on-site, providing leadership and guidance to project teams and contractors.

Oversee preparation and approval of Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS), permits, and vendor documentation.

Conduct and lead site audits, inspections, and performance reviews; report KPIs and safety metrics to senior leadership.

Direct accident and incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.

Represent H&S at client and contractor meetings, influencing decision-making on safety performance and risk mitigation.

Design and deliver advanced H&S training programs for management and site teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety culture and environmental sustainability.
