We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to join our dynamic RevOps & Enablement team and sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Partner.
From identifying the right accounts at the right time, using data, signals, and cutting-edge automation, to orchestrating the sequences and cadences as these leads flow through our systems. You’ll build, own, and optimize our innovative prospecting engine.
What You’ll Do
Signal-Based Tracking: Use tools like GetCargo and Lemlist to identify high-intent accounts based on web signals, hiring trends, or technographics.
Lead Routing: Build the pipes that move accounts into either automated cadences or routing them to our dedicated sales team when the time is right.
Orchestrate Outbound: Design and automate end-to-end outbound sequences and cadences that feel personal but scale infinitely.
CRM Mastery: Maintain and optimize Salesforce as the "Source of Truth," ensuring that lead and account data flow seamlessly.
AI Innovation: Experiment with AI to improve the customer experience, support revenue teams, and level up every step of the funnel.
End-to-End Motion Ownership: Operate as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and partnerships, owning the full allbound loop.
Skills and Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years experience in a GTM team working on automations and as an expert in your tech stack, maybe as an SDR, growth marketer or from a RevOps background. Either way you’re great with tech and data, and you love to innovate.
