The Logistics Manager is responsible for onsite coordination of logistics and coordination for genset delivery, installation and commissioning projects within data centres. Reporting to the Site Manager, this role ensures seamless planning, delivery, staging, pre delivery inspection reports, material and spare parts management to support installation and commissioning teams while maintaining compliance with industrial standards, client requirements, and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound deliveries of equipment, tools, and materials.
Pre delivery inspections of equipment arriving to site and confirming this against bill of materials (BoM).
Coordinate movement of materials from laydown areas to installation points.
Maintain compliance with safety protocols and governance standards.
Serve as the primary interface for logistics matters with stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for logistics activities including availability of spare parts and Inventory tracking.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in logistics operations.
Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
Skills Required:Knowledge of Construction environment.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex operations.
Familiarity with EHS standards and compliance requirements.
