We are seeking a visionary, hands-on and results-driven Solutions Manager, Digital Marketing to join our IT Sales and Service team to ensure that our digital marketing solutions are aligned with business needs, architectural principles, and long-term value creation.
In this role, you will work with Valmet IT Transformation, marketing, and business teams. As the main technical lead for digital marketing, you'll support digital transformation and contribute to IT sales and service, ensuring alignment, innovation, efficiency, and competitiveness.
Your responsibilities
Driving digital marketing transformation and technical architecture with a focus on business outcomes, value creation and scalability
Lead road mapping, project planning, and solution design and implementation for marketing and connected digital business domains
Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications
Identify and analyse gaps between current processes and systems
Design processes, system changes and transition plans together with business- and IT stakeholders
Budget responsibility for digital marketing services and related development projects
Stakeholder management, including IT, business units, and external vendors
Management of 3rd Party Service Providers in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities in the processes
Promote scalable solution architecture and innovation, including the use of AI technologies to unlock new business value
High level of accountability - you take ownership and lead with courage
To succeed in this position, we expect:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of work experience in digital marketing or IT project- or service management or another relevant IT role
Solid experience in Salesforce ecosy
