<p>Are you a new AI Team Lead at Siili? 🦔</p><p><br>We are looking for AI Team Lead to join our Data, AI & Automation community in Helsinki.<br><br>We are strengthening our AI leadership and are now hiring: <br>The Team Lead role combines two essential responsibilities – leading the team and acting as a senior consultant.<br></p><h2>Your Role</h2><p>In this role, you will inspire and lead a team of experienced AI professionals by example. You are responsible for the well-being, professional growth, and performance of your team members, while also contributing hands-on to demanding AI customer engagements.<br><br>As a Team Lead, you are both:<br></p><ul><li><p>A <strong>people leader</strong>, supporting approximately 8–12 AI consultants in their development and career progression</p></li><li><p>A <strong>highly experienced AI professional</strong>, actively working in client projects</p></li></ul><p><br>Lead our <strong>AI Consultancy team</strong>, focusing on strategic advisory, enterprise AI transformation, and production-grade AI delivery.<br><br>At Siili, everything starts with people. As a Team Lead, you play a key role in creating an environment where individuals can perform at their best and grow into stronger professionals.<br><br>You influence not only project outcomes but also the long-term capability and culture of our AI organization.<br>We hope you enjoy working from our Helsinki office occasionally – leadership and community building benefit from face-to-face interaction.<br></p><h2>You will succeed in this role if you have: 💥</h2><ul><li><p>Extensive experience designing and delivering AI solutions into production environments</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including data platforms, MLOps practices, and cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)</p></li><li><p>Practical experience with Generative AI, LLM-based systems or Agent force</p></li><li><p>Experience working in consulting environments and leading customer-facing discussions (pre-sales)</p></li><li><p>The ability to connect technical AI capabilities with real business impact</p></li><li><p>Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading senior professionals</p></li><li><p>Fluent Finnish and strong English skills</p></li></ul><p>You may already have experience as a Team Lead – or you may be a senior AI professional ready to take the next step into leadership.<br></p><h2>Why Siili? 🤝</h2><p>You will be part of a forward-looking organization where Joy, Ambition, and Humanity shape our culture and everyday work.
