ABOUT THE ROLE Support the German Field Sales Lead in all daily operational and campaign activities Communicate confidently in German (written and spoken) with internal and external stakeholders Plan and execute promotion campaigns and local field activations (Berlin-focused) Coordinate marketing materials (banners, roll-ups, QR stands, giveaways) Manage and align external promoters and freelance telephone agents Oversee scheduling, logistics, and contractor communication Represent Tide at local events, fairs, and sponsorship activities Conduct survey-based telephone outreach for member engagement (no cold calls) Gather market intelligence and lead research for local campaigns Support reporting, analytics, and dashboard tracking (KPIs, funnel data) Ensure compliance and legal adherence for all field activities Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Compliance teams Consolidate weekly insights, feedback, and content from field operations
