What we do

The HAPI team specializes in interoperability - they build and maintain technical integrations between Doctolib and third party software (hospital information systems (HIS/EHR), practice management software (PMS).

Along regulatory compliance and technical partnership management, they are responsible of 3 core missions:

Develop integrations with partners

Create interoperability solutions to drive usage and increase users satisfaction

Build FHIR-based integrations (the future standard for hospital interfacing)

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our API & Interoperability Platform team. As a Senior Product Manager, your mission will be to drive our API & interoperability platform strategy, design and scale the foundation that connects Doctolib to hundreds of healthcare systems, ensuring best-in-class user experiences for developers, providers and patients alike.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our API and interoperability platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and user value

Lead the evolution of our integration architecture towards open standards (FHIR), enabling new use cases for healthcare professionals, partners, and patients

Drive product discovery by deeply understanding the needs of engineers, partners, and end-users - balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and regulatory constraints

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, business, and data teams to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions

Champion API best practices and developer experience - from documentation to self-service onboarding and support

Measure and analyze product performance, adoption, and satisfaction to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation

Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to the country and healthcare specialty requirements. Who you are

You have 8+ years experience in product management, ideally with a focus on APIs, platforms, or interoperability at scale

You have a track record of designing, launching, and scaling technical products in SaaS or B2B environments - preferably in healthcare or other regulated industries

You have deep understanding of API design, developer experience, and integration challenges

You have experience collaborating with engineering teams to deliver platform services and cross-cutting functionalities

You have strong analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to product decisions

You are fluent in English (C1+); German or French is a strong plus

Now it would be fantastic if you:

You have experience with medical or clinical software environments

You have experience with FHIR, HL7, EHR/PMS integration, or healthcare data
