IT Tooling & Process Associate / Atlassian Specialist (f/m/d)

As an IT Tooling & Process Associate you will actively help to shape an exciting area of our company and bridge the gap between organizational strategy and technical infrastructure by developing, improving, and maintaining our internal tools and processes. Together with the respective stakeholders from both business and IT you will be responsible for our collaboration stack and ensure our digital processes are compliant and efficient.

Tasks

Your tasks

Collaborate on maintaining and extending existing processes as well as implementing new processes

Translate business requirements into a technical plan/road map, implement it, and contribute to the change management

Administer our Atlassian products (mainly Confluence and Jira) including bug fixes in complex workflows and clean-up (of unnecessary fields, workflows, and spaces)

Maintain no- or low-code automations in our tools stack

Support the Knowledge Base cleanup strategy by archiving outdated pages and ensuring the Company Information Hub remains structured (Confluence, Google Workspaces, etc.)

Assist in the rollout of our AI Strategy and manage logistics (by updating resources in our knowledge pool, maintaining our usage policy framework and AI playgrounds, and scouting new tools and services)
