Sales Engineer, IND - Finland

As our new native Finnish speaker Sales Engineer, IND - Finland, you will be driving technical sales for industrial pump solutions across Finland, building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet the demanding needs of industrial applications. This Sales Engineer would cover South-West Finland, ideal location is in proximity to Turku.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Industrial Sales, Nordics team, you'll create impact by partnering with industrial customers to deliver energy-efficient, reliable pumping solutions that reduce operational costs and support sustainable water management across Finland..

Your main responsibilities include:

Develop and manage key industrial customer accounts across Finland, driving revenue growth and market share

Provide technical consultation and sizing of Grundfos industrial pump solutions for applications such as process water, cooling, chemical dosing and wastewater

Collaborate with consulting engineers, contractors, and end-users to specify optimal solutions for industrial projects

Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, market analysis, and participation in industry events

Work closely with internal teams including application engineers, customer service, and product management to
