ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Housekeeper with Stay North Services, you will be at the heart of delivering outstanding guest experiences. Working across our curated collection of premium holiday properties, you’ll ensure that every home is impeccably presented — clean, comfortable, and truly welcoming from the moment guests arrive.

LOCATION

You will be based in Southern Finland, with the option to be a part of an exciting seasonal placement in Lapland for approximately six months. Accommodation is provided for the Lapland posting, making this a truly immersive and rewarding opportunity to experience the very best of Finland.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Prepare and present properties to the highest hospitality standards before each guest arrival

Perform thorough housekeeping and light maintenance across multiple properties

Manage outdoor upkeep including snow removal, leaf blowing, and basic gardening

Clean windows (interior and exterior) and maintain all outdoor spaces

Care for premium amenities such as jacuzzis, pools, and spa features

Travel between properties using a company vehicle

Use our mobile task management app to log work, flag issues, and stay connected with the team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Good spoken and written English (Finnish is a bonus, but not required)

Reliable, meticulous, and comfortable working independently

Physically fit and ready for an active, hands-on role

Holds a valid manual driver’s licence
