We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Loan Officer who can originate and develop client relationships while delivering sound, data-driven credit decisions. This role combines sales-driven client engagement with end-to-end credit assessment and underwriting to support sustainable growth across all CapitalBox products.
Required Qualifications & Skills:Experience in business lending, credit analysis, underwriting, or a similar role within financial services or fintech.
Strong knowledge of credit assessment, financial analysis, and risk-based decision - making across multiple lending products.
Proven ability to proactively source, manage, and develop client and partner relationships.
Commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth opportunities and credit risk.
Experience delivering clear, data-driven credit recommendations.
Confident in client-facing situations and representing the credit function during onboarding and relationship management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Sales & Client Engagement:Actively engage with new clients, partnerships, and opportunities - don't wait for deals to come, but proactively seek and initiate them.
Develop and manage relationships with both direct customers and partners and potential partners to drive financing opportunities.
Understand client financing needs and present suitable credit solutions across all available CapitalBox products.
Represent the credit function in client interactions and support smooth onboarding and long-term relationship building.
Credit Assessment & Recommendations:Assess the creditworthiness of applicants across all CapitalBox products, including unsecured loans, factoring, and other available or future offerings.
Deliver clear, data-based recommendations aligned with risk appetite
