A content-first role, you will craft high-quality, engaging strategic content that resonates with our audience across our paid and organic social media strategies - including video editing, asset creation, and content briefing, ensuring Oddbox’s messaging is delivered in a compelling and brand-aligned way.</span></p><p><span><strong>You'll play a key role in awareness, engagement and customer acquisition. If you have a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content, we would love to hear from you.</strong></span></p><p><strong id="docs-internal-guid-a3808bae-7fff-0b52-e119-578734d2c54d"><br></strong><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-a3808bae-7fff-0b52-e119-578734d2c54d">Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p><span>🍓 Produce and manage engaging content for social media (paid & organic), including short-form videos (Reels, TikTok), static posts, GIFs, carousels, and animations.</span></p><p><span>🍓Edit and refine video content to ensure it aligns with Oddbox’s brand voice and performance goals.</span></p><p><span>🍓Brief and coordinate external content creators (e.g., videographers, designers, and influencers) to ensure brand-aligned, high-quality content.</span></p><p><span>🍓Ensure all content is optimised for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads etc.), using best practices to maximise reach and engagement.</span></p><p><span>🍓Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas that support campaigns and business objectives.</span></p><p><span>🍓Support scheduling and executing weekly content across Oddbox’s paid social channels.</span></p><p><span>🍓Schedule and execute weekly content across Oddbox’s organic social channels.</span></p><p><span>🍓Write clear, strategic creative briefs for designers, videographers, and content creators.</span></p><p><span>🍓Maintain and organise a content library for all social media and paid assets.</span></p><p><span>🍓Source and repurpose user-generated content for both paid and organic use.</span></p><p><span>🍓Use performance insights to adapt and improve creative output over time.</span></p><p><span>🍓Proactively identify opportunities to test new formats, creative approaches and content ideas.</span></p><p><span>🍓Troubleshoot creative challenges and suggest solutions independently.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-a3808bae-7fff-0b52-e119-578734d2c54d">Required Skills</strong></span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-a3808bae-7fff-0b52-e119-578734d2c54d">🍋 </strong>Strong content creation and editing skills, particularly for social media<br>🍋 Excellent attention to detail - ensuring all content is polished and on-brand<br>🍋 Clear and structure
