About the Role You will help a large automotive organization bring more structure, clarity, and consistency to how Technical System Ownership is managed. This is a role for you if you have worked hands-on as a Technical System Owner and want to use that experience to improve governance, ownership models, and collaboration across a complex system landscape. The focus is not technical development. Instead, you will drive a user journey and roadmap for system ownership, gather input from stakeholders, and turn complexity into practical guidance that works in everyday operations. Job DescriptionYou will drive the development and structuring of the user journey and roadmap for Technical System Ownership. You will map system landscapes, ownership structures, and related meta-models to create a clearer overall view. You will work closely with TSOs, VFOs, architecture teams, and other stakeholders across the organization. You will collect questions, concerns, and feedback from multiple teams and turn them into clear, actionable guidance. You will consolidate input from different parts of the organization into practical guidelines and ways of working. You will develop and document instructions, governance frameworks, and models that are usable in practice. You will create alignment across a complex organizational setup and help ensure that decisions and structures are implemented.
