Your role and responsibilities

As a Product Specialist for Liquid Cooled Motor, you will be accountable for the portfolio globally and drive thebusiness development and growth. You will contribute to product strategy definition, translate business strategy andmarket requirements into portfolio roadmap and support business development and customer acquisition with technicalexpertise. Your role will involve close collaboration with R&D, sales, and regional teams to ensure our solutions meetevolving customer needs and remain competitive in a dynamic market. You will also drive training and communicationstrategies to support sales with the right value proposition and product knowledge.

The work model for the role is: hybrid; #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the IEC LV Motors division globally. Location in liquid cooled motors production units in Vaasa, Finland or Shanghai, China

You will be mainly accountable for:

Analyzing global market, customer, technology, and competitor trends to guide portfolio direction and innovation.

Defining new offerings, leading market requirement and business case development, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Establishing market segmentation, positioning, and value propositions, and leading product communication, training and launch initiatives.

Providing expert support to sales and other functions to ensure effective product understanding, customer acquisition and business development.

Willingness to travel is required (around 15%)

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
