About this role

DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING In this role you'll maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports and project schedules as well as assist in preparing project progress reporting to stakeholders. QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPPORT You'll assist in development of test cases & execution of testing project deliverables to ensure they are met to project business scope statement specified approved requirements. ASSIST IN PROJECT COORDINATION As an intern in this team you'll support Business Integration Project Managers to coordinate tasks and activites to ensure milestones are met, which includes project plans, timelines, milestones and project updates. ADMIN SUPPORT During this internshhip you'll provide general admin assistance to Finance Transactionl Data & Process Development team members such as scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms and managing correspondence. Assist wtih the preparation of project presentations & other materials needed. COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION You'll be a valued team member to organize and participate in meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items.

Advanced undergraduate students, post graduate students or recent graduates (Bachelor/Master degree). Basic understanding of project management principles, methodologies (like Agile or Waterfall). Familiarity with SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP FIORI, JIRA, Confluence, Workfront and Figma (very nice to have). Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, data analysis, and presentations. Basic understanding of business operations and the role of project management within different business contexts. Highly organized professional, effective and strategic communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork and collaboration, adaptability, interpersonal skills, unwavering drive for taking initiative, and research competence in gathering, analyzing, and presenting relevant information. Strong eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge, being reliable and responsible in fulfilling obligations and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
