Job Purpose

The

Key Account Manager – MSP Partners

drives growth by acquiring, developing, and scaling Managed Service Provider partners within TD SYNNEX’s multi‑vendor ecosystem. The role focuses on new partner acquisition, strategic account management, and recurring revenue growth, acting as a trusted advisor aligned to partner and vendor objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire, onboard, and scale MSP partners to drive profitable revenue growth
  • Own revenue and margin targets across an assigned MSP portfolio
  • Drive YoY growth across cloud, security, infrastructure, data management, and AI
  • Grow share of wallet, vendor penetration, and recurring revenue (ARR/MRR)
  • Develop and execute account and acquisition plans with clear KPIs
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and pipeline‑to‑revenue conversion
  • Lead partner business reviews and ensure long‑term partner retention
  • Collaborate with vendor teams to maximize vendor programs and incentives
  • Ensure accurate reporting and CRM administration (Compass)
  • Experience & Skills
  • Senior experience in Key Account Management, Channel Sales, or Partner Development
  • Proven success acquiring and scaling MSP partners in a channel model
  • Strong understanding of MSP business models, recurring revenue, and cloud ecosystems
  • Experience managing multi‑vendor portfolios and commercial negotiations
  • Results‑driven, data‑focused professional able to operate in a matrixed environment
