What will you be doing?

We are currently recruiting a Technical Field Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting surgical procedures, ensuring the effective use of our products in clinical environments, and delivering a high standard of service to our healthcare partners.

What will you need to be successful?

Provide hands-on clinical support during surgical procedures

Ensure the correct preparation, handling, and delivery of surgical instruments and medical devices

Collaborate closely with surgeons and hospital teams to understand case requirements

Support the safe and efficient execution of procedures in operating theatre environments

Coordinate daily surgical schedules and ensure readiness of required materials

Communicate effectively with clinical stakeholders on case-specific needs

Verify hospital charge sheets and ensure accurate post-procedure documentation

Manage the return, sterilisation, and handling of surgical instruments and materials

Support the full sales cycle through accurate documentation and coordination

Manage delivery notes, invoicing, and return processes

Ensure accurate tracking of orders, charging, and collections

Gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity

Identify opportunities for business growth and service improvement

Support product training and clinical education initiatives

Assist with inventory planning to ensure product availability

Communicate future resource requirements to support operational efficiency

Successful candidates would need the following:

Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, Nursing, or a related field

Strong understanding of anatomy and surgical procedures

Ability to work effectively in high-pressure operating room environments

Excellent communication skills as well as fluency in English

Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and accountability

Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Teams

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
