We are now looking for a

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, UPLIFT & TICKET TAXES

who will own and drive holistic development of uplift and passenger - related tax processes, proactively identifying and implementing new development initiatives and revenue opportunities in line with Finnair ' s strategy.

Additionally, you will ensure efficient and optimized processes and ways of working within your area of responsibility, while holding second - level responsibility for quality control and providing guidance to the dedicated subcontractor team on tax - related matters. You will also participate and contribute to the transformation of the passenger revenue accounting function from a ticket/EMD - based model to order - based revenue accounting.

In this role, you will: Own and develop uplift and ticket tax processes within the Revenue Accounting system .

Ensure accurate , timely reporting, payment, compliance, audits, and master data maintenance for ticket taxes, and provide expert tax support across Finnair units.

Oversee uplift data accuracy and revenue recognition, support corrective actions, maintain master data, and provide uplift - related expertise to the organization.

Actively share relevant information with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
