What the role is all about
This is not just another sales role. As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business growth. Your mission is to identify and build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and match them with the right solutions from our wide range of consulting services.
You'll team up with delivery, solution experts, and account management to craft winning proposals and turn opportunities into signed deals, while making sure we deliver what we promise. In the trusted-advisor role, you'll open doors with senior stakeholders, run the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and expand business through new customers and cross-sell across Epical's services
Key responsibilities Proactively identify, target and acquire new customers
Drive new revenue generation through consultative B2B sales
Work closely with account management to expand existing customer relationships into new business areas.
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, value positioning, negotiation and closing
Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations
Identify cross-sell opportunities across Epical's service offerings
Work closely with delivery and solution experts to shape compelling proposals
Represent Epical in sales meetings, pitches and selected industry events
