You will act as a key coordinator for all Swiss Lonza entities, ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency while working closely with legal counsel and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all commercial register updates (entries, changes, and deletions) for Swiss Lonza entities, drafting resolutions and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Support the administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle using the CLM tool (e.g.
  • maintaining
  • contract records, updating metadata, tracking deadlines, and coordinating review and signature processes including notarization as needed).
  • Take ownership of the Legal Proceedings Report (LPR) three times a year, ensuring all data is
  • accurate
  • and
  • submitted
  • on schedule.
  • Conduct in-depth research to
  • assist
  • the legal team in navigating complex corporate
  • or commercial legal
  • matters and routine legal inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between the legal department, international law firms, and notary offices to drive cross-border projects.
  • Oversee the Basel legal team’s shared inbox, handle travel arrangements, process expenses, and manage vendor invoices and payments.
  • Organize global retreats and events while
  • maintaining
  • an efficient archiving system for all critical legal documentation.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in a Paralegal role, either within an in-house legal department or a private law practice.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal terminology, corporate law principles, and the ability to analyze complex documents for accuracy.
  • Advanced computer skills and experience managing digital signature platforms and financial processing tools.
  • Business fluency in English and German is
