Before you apply, please read through our <a target="_blank" href="https://career.weroad.travel/culture-manifesto/">Cultural Manifesto</a> 👥</p><p><br><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p><strong>JOB TITLE: Sales Specialist</strong></p><p><strong>LOCATION: </strong>Hybrid (<strong>Milan</strong>) - <strong>3 days/week</strong></p><p><strong>TYPE OF CONTRACT: Fixed term of a year to start with</strong></p><p><strong>SALARY RANGE: 25-28K</strong></p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Be the first point of contact for our WeRoaders, managing inbound and outbound sales interactions across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and more).<br></p></li><li><p>Hunt and convert leads with a proactive and goal-oriented approach, always looking for new opportunities to engage potential travelers.<br></p></li><li><p>Guide our customers through their decision-making process, understanding their needs and matching them with the perfect WeRoad experience.<br></p></li><li><p>Work closely with the Sales Team Leader to execute and continuously improve our sales strategy and practices.<br></p></li><li><p>Maintain and update a structured sales pipeline, keeping track of all customer interactions and ensuring an organized process.<br></p></li><li><p>Act as the voice of WeRoad: represent our brand values, handle objections, and provide support when needed to guarantee a positive customer experience.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><ul><li><p>1-2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2C, with both inbound and outbound activities.</p></li><li><p>A strong commercial drive: you love hitting (and beating) ambitious sales targets.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.</p></li><li><p><strong>Fluency in Italian (native or equivalent) </strong>and good knowledge of English (written and spoken). <strong>Working fluency in any other European language spoken in our office (Spanish, German, French) is a strong plus.</strong></p></li><li><p>A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Based in Milan or willing to relocate, with availability to work in the office 3 days a week.</p></li><li><p>A passion for travel and people... sharing our WeRoad spirit is a must!<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>You will love working at WeRoad if:</strong></p><ul><li><p>You dream big, aim higher, and push yourself beyond limits you didn’t think possible.
