About the Role You will help bring automotive design ideas into physical form by creating high-quality clay models for exterior and interior studies. In this role, you work in a studio environment where design intent needs to be translated into precise three-dimensional surfaces that support design reviews, program development, and key milestone evaluations. You will work across digital-to-physical workflows, using digital surface data and contributing to 3D scanning, armature development, CNC milling, and high-quality finishing. The role also involves close collaboration with designers, digital modelers, and studio engineers to ensure each model reflects the intended proportions, surface quality, and feasibility throughout development. You may also take ownership of individual clay model activities or defined phases within a program, helping structure the work and move it forward with the right quality and precision.
