The Strategic Projects Manager is responsible for leading and delivering high‑impact, cross‑functional programmes and projects that directly support the organisation's regional strategic objectives. The role focuses on translating strategic intent into executable initiatives, ensuring alignment with long‑term business priorities, and delivering sustainable value. A strong leader of teams with a hands on background within Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing or Programming and a strong motivation to deliver would be ideally suited to this vacancy and could really thrive within an organisation such as Eaton.

The role operates across functions, regions, or business units, working closely with senior leaders, functional owners, and external partners to ensure disciplined execution, effective governance, and measurable outcomes. With the geographical scope of the role will come a requirement to travel internationally and manage projects when they require such attention. Experience with data centre projects would be highly advantageous for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation projects aligned to corporate or business‑unit strategy.
  • Translate strategic goals into structured project plans, milestones, and benefit‑realisation frameworks.
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects within a strategic portfolio, ensuring prioritisation reflects business value and capacity.
