About this role
We are looking for a Naval architect or Mechanical Engineer to lead our development and certification of electric passenger boats. Join us on this exciting journey to be in the forefront of electric boat developments!
Responsibilities
- Lead the certification process with classification societies.
- Design mechanics for manufacturing using sheet metal, welded structures and milled parts.
- Work closely with mechanical and software engineering teams for system integration.
- Make instructions for assembly.
- Participate in troubleshooting and customer support.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in naval architecture or mechanical engineering.
- Experience with Solid works or a comparable Parametric CAD system.
- Experience from certification with classification societies.
- Most importantly however, is the right attitude and willingness and curiosity to learn and grow!
- The position is based in Vaasa, Finland but remote work is also accepted.
