You will be the key connector between partners, carriers, and internal teams, making sure execution is smooth from supplier to customer.</p><p><strong>Your challenge &amp; roles:&nbsp;⭐</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead inbound operations</p></li><li><p>Lead outbound operations</p></li><li><p>Manage &amp; supervise the warehouse performance.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your responsibilities 🚀</strong></p><p>Lead inbound operations</p><ul><li><p>Manage, book, arrange &amp; supervise the performance of main stakeholders to ensure we offer the best product availability to achieve business goals</p></li><li><p>Lead relationships with inbound partners to secure operational stability</p></li><li><p>Propose and implement new strategies to reduce transit times and costs while maintaining high service standards.</p></li><li><p>Maintain real-time visibility of goods-in-transit by ensuring all shipping data and status updates are accurately reflected in the ERP system </p></li><li><p>Oversee the end-to-end management of shipping documentation to ensure seamless freight booking, customs clearance, and timely warehouse reception, preventing operational delays and minimizing additional costs</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Finance to provide accurate inbound payment forecasts based on shipment schedules, lead times, and payment terms, ensuring effective cash flow management</p></li><li><p>Identify and automate manual tasks to increase team efficiency and internal communication.</p></li></ul><p>Outbound manager:</p><ul><li><p>Optimize the outbound logistics strategy for all markets and business models, balancing cost, speed, and customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Lead relationships and negotiations with carriers to secure competitive terms and service levels.</p></li><li><p>Monitor carrier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet lead time, delivery success and quality targets.</p></li><li><p>Align closely with the Customer Success Lead to anticipate and resolve delivery impacts, ensuring proactive communication and customer solutions. </p></li><li><p>Own and optimize reverse logistics processes, designing efficient workflows that minimize costs and enhance customer experience.</p></li><li><p>Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic improvements.</p></li></ul><p>Manage &amp; supervise the warehouse performance</p><ul><li><p>Supervise and optimize daily operations by ensuring clear visibility for key stakeholders, operational readiness, and alignment with sales forecasts</p></li><li><p>Lead relationships with warehouse partners to secure service levels, costs and operational KPIs</p></li><li><p>Direct, optimize and coordinate the full order and returns cycle.</p></li><li><p>Maintain high inventory accuracy by conducting root-cause analysis on stock variances and implementing corrective actions to prevent shrinkage and operational errors<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>What are we looking for?🕵️</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience managing and negotiating with external partners.
