About the Role You will take a leading role in major development projects for a global manufacturer in the construction products industry, where complex mechanical and electrical systems need to come together in a reliable, high-quality end product. In this position, you work close to R&D, Testing, and Electronics/Software and help create the structure, pace, and coordination needed to move development forward. You will also keep specifications clear and aligned across the project so deliveries meet expectations on functionality and quality. Job DescriptionYou plan and coordinate R&D activities across the project. You drive collaboration with Testing and Electronics/Software to secure aligned deliveries. You manage product specifications and ensure the project stays anchored in agreed requirements. You coordinate with other functions involved in the project to keep progress, scope, and dependencies clear. You help ensure that deliveries are made on time, within budget, and with the expected functionality and quality. You contribute structure and direction in projects that include both mechanical and electrical parts. RequirementsYou have experience as a people leader. You have experience with time and budget planning. You have experience industrializing products with complex mechanical and electrical parts. You are comfortable working in both Swedish and English.
