About the role

In this role, you will support our client with general ledger accounting and month-end closing activities. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and clarity of financial data, and you will also have the opportunity to develop and document processes in close collaboration with other team members. Work tasks

The role includes general ledger accounting tasks such as postings, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. You will work closely with the team to ensure the smoothness and accuracy of financial processes.

Maintaining the general ledger

Preparing journal entries

Month-end closing activities

Balance sheet reconciliations

Recording payments from bank statements

Creating and developing documentation

Communicating within the organization when investigating accounting transactions

We are looking for

A relevant higher education degree in finance or accounting, preferably with a focus on accounting
