Boulevard Tech is developing an AI-powered product for regulation. We sell into complex, trust-driven environments where credibility, substance, and long-term value creation matter more than speed or volume.

We are looking for an Account Director to take ownership of enterprise customer relationships and revenue growth. This is a senior, deeply hands-on role, working closely with the founders, the product team, and marketing.

About the role

You will play a central role in building Boulevard Tech's commercial function. In the early stages, new business is strongly supported by founder relationships and contacts. Your responsibility is to take these discussions forward, shape them into structured sales opportunities, and turn them into long-term customer relationships.

You will not step into a ready-made sales organisation. Instead, you will be instrumental in defining how enterprise sales is done at Boulevard Tech: sales processes, account ownership models, pipeline discipline, and CRM practices are all areas you will help build and own.

Responsibilities

  • You will own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial conversations to long-term partnerships. This includes qualifying opportunities, running discovery and product demonstrations, leading customer onboarding, and handling contract negotiations.
  • You will operate at the interface between the customer and the technical team, ensuring that customer needs are clearly translated and that delivery, expectations, and value creation remain aligned. As the company grows, you will establish and continuously refine sales processes, account management models, and CRM structures.
  • This role requires a high level of independence, initiative, and ownership. You are expected to take responsibility, move things forward proactively, and build structure where little exists.
