Exclusive Roles for Our Upscale Charcoal Grill
Are you a culinary professional who lives for the fire? Or a service star who loves a premium atmosphere? We are looking for four (4) new members to join our upscale charcoal grill team! ⚓️✨
If you thrive in a high-standard environment and take pride in every detail—from the perfect sear to the perfect greeting—we want you on board.
🔥 1. THE GRILLING MASTER (Full-Time 100%)
The Mission: Command our charcoal heart. You are responsible for premium cuts and flawless execution.
Requirements: Master of temperature control, experienced with charcoal grilling, and a passion for high-end ingredients.
🥗 2. COLD STATION EXPERTS (2x Part-Time)
The Mission: Bring the "wow" factor to our starters and salads.
Requirements: Experience in the cold station (Garde Manger), sharp knife skills, and an eye for elegant plating.
🍷 3. SERVICE PRO / SALI (Part-Time)
The Mission: Provide seamless service in our upscale dining room.
Requirements: Must be a Finnish speaker. You are a professional communicator who stays calm under pressure and makes every guest feel like a VIP. (Alcohol Passport required).
