The opportunity

At EY, we are building an AI-native consulting capability where strategy meets execution, and prototype-first delivery is part of everyday work. In this role, you will help our clients design, build and scale AI-native, agent-based and data-driven solutions that create measurable business outcomes. You will work AI-natively every day, rapidly turning ideas and prototypes into production-ready solutions while shaping how organizations adopt agentic AI at scale. You will do this as part of a global AI practice powered by EY’s award‑recognized AI platforms, trusted by leading organizations to move AI beyond pilots and into real business impact.

Your key responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on designing and building AI-native and agentic solutions to transform our most important client processes with AI, including robust agent architectures, orchestration layers, and optimized AI usage. You will lead by example by rapidly transforming concepts into working solutions using leading platforms and modern “vibe coding” practices. The role also involves designing modern data architectures and AI‑ready data foundations across platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake, as well as implementing AI and agent solutions that are tightly integrated with real business workflows. You will contribute to the development of reusable patterns, prompts, templates, and accelerators that strengthen the team’s shared asset base.

Skills and attributes for success

Hands-on experience with major AI & Agentic platforms and ecosystem partners, especially Microsoft, Databricks and Snowflake

Experience designing and building Agents in different tools and platforms

Growth mindset to explore and test the boundaries of technology linked to the clear business outcomes

Experience in data engineering, analytics engineering or AI engineering in production environments

Ability to translate business needs into scalable, reliable and well-architected techn
