As a B2B Communication Automation Project Manager,
you’ll
...
O
wn and drive the end-to-end delivery of the B2B communication automation initiative.
A
lign business stakeholders on priorities, translate needs into clear, actionable requirements, and coordinate delivery with our
MarTech
Development team and other technical partners.
A
ct as
the bridge between business and technology, you will “connect the dots” across teams
ensuring the right dependencies are in place (data, processes,
tooling
and ways of working) so that automated B2B communication journeys can be scaled over time. This involves
facilitating
workshops, documenting
decisions
and requirements in a consistent format (e.g., Confluence/JIRA), managing scope and timelines, and proactively removing blockers to keep the initiative moving forward.
Who
we’re
looking for
You have experience leading cross-functional initiatives (project/program management, delivery
management
or a similar role), ideally in a marketing, CRM,
MarTech
or customer experience context.
You are strong at stakeholder management and
prioritisation
—able to create clarity in complexity, align multiple parties, and keep delivery moving forward.
You can structure discussions, document requirements and decisions, and work confidently with technical teams (software developers, data engineers, data analysts) to turn business needs into
feasible
deliveries.
You have a
proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to see the bigger picture are essential.
You have g
ood English and Lithuanian language skills.
Monthly salary range for this position:
2700 – 3300 EUR gross
+ annual bonus
depending on your and Telia results.
