Role: IT Manager - HR Document Management Systems and Reporting

Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery
  • Own the service lifecycle roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Define and track KPIs and SLAs to ensure service performance and quality
  • Maintain the service catalogue, documentation, and compliance with security and company standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure service stability and continuity
  • Solution Design & Delivery
  • Lead the design and implementation of HR technology solutions aligned to business needs
  • Translate requirements into delivery plans, including effort estimation and timelines
  • Oversee testing strategies to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions
  • Ensure clear and up-to-date application documentation and user materials
  • Vendor & Contract Management
  • Manage relationships with SaaS providers and external vendors
  • Ensure effective collaboration between internal teams and partners
  • Oversee contracts and escalate issues where required
  • Escalation Management
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical service issues
  • Work closely with support teams to drive resolution
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout
  • Service Review & Reporting
  • Lead regular service reviews with key stakeholders
  • Provide insights on service performance, quality, and improvements
  • Maintain visibility of system landscape and integrations
  • Budget Management
  • Own and manage the service budget, ensuring alignment with financial targets
  • Monitor costs, identify variances, and drive optimisation
  • Partner with Finance on reporting and month-end activities
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop internal teams and external resources
  • Set objectives, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback
  • Support career development and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment
  • Required Skills and Experiences
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience in application and IT Service delivery within global corporate environment, preferably in IT delivery for HR function
  • 3+ years in a similar Service Owner role.
  • Understanding and experience in IT Service Delivery and technologies for HR function
  • Experience working with Saas solutions: PeopleDoc, Snowflake
