Job Description

Title / Grade: Global CLO Trade Administrator

Business:

Global Corporate Trust – CLO Deal Administration

Responsibilities

  • Trade Processing & Oversight
  • Review and process pending trades received via STP, user driven trade loaders and manual trade inputs.
  • Investigate and resolve STP failures, liaising with internal stakeholders and clients as needed.
  • Manage trade intake templates and ensure accurate trade data ingestion into CDO Suite
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Provide feedback to clients on trade output formatting and data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with CLO Deal Admin, Analytics, and Client Management teams to streamline trade workflows.
  • Support client onboarding and transitions to STP processes.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting
  • Monitor and reconcile pending trades using end user computing (EUC) tools and applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of trade statuses and contribute to daily cash file accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on STP failures, failed trades, and break resolution metrics.
  • Process Improvement & Governance
  • Participate in UAT testing for system enhancements related to pending trades.
  • Contribute to the development of SOPs, SLAs, and internal controls.
  • Support audit and compliance reviews by maintaining robust documentation and audit trails.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • 2–5 years of experience in trade operations, loan administration, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with CLO structures, bank loans, and bond trade processing.
  • Experience with portfolio administration platforms such as CDO Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in exception management.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and exposure to workflow tools or dashboards is advantageous.

  • This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
