You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the Hivebrite platform through thorough manual testing, clear documentation, and close collaboration with developers and product managers.</span></p><p><span>This role goes beyond test execution. You'll take ownership of quality within your squad's functional scope, contribute to test planning, drive bug resolution, and actively look for ways to improve how we test — including leveraging AI tools. You'll be a key partner in shipping features that our customers can rely on.</span></p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>🌟 YOUR MISSION WILL BE: <br></strong></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-8ed89c20-7fff-49da-0a9a-e50281340ded">Testing & Quality Assurance</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Design and execute detailed manual test cases covering functional, usability, and edge-case scenarios for your squad's features.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform regression testing to ensure new changes don't break existing functionality.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to test planning by defining test objectives, scope, and strategy alongside developers and product managers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conduct exploratory testing to uncover issues that scripted tests might miss.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Begin contributing to non-functional testing areas such as performance and accessibility, with guidance from senior team members.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-8ed89c20-7fff-49da-0a9a-e50281340ded">Bug Management & Problem Solving</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Own the full bug lifecycle within your functional scope — from identification and clear documentation in Jira, through triage, to resolution tracking.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with developers on root cause analysis and validate fixes thoroughly.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Use insights from production bugs to review and strengthen existing test cases, closing coverage gaps.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prioritize testing efforts based on risk, production usage patterns, and feature criticality.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in refinements and "3 amigos" sessions during the design phase, bringing a QA perspective to spot risks early.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-8ed89c20-7fff-49da-0a9a-e50281340ded">Delivery & Efficiency</strong></span></p><ul><li&g
