Part-Time Video Editor & Content Manager (Finland-based, 20h/week)

textuuri is a content-driven art brand with over 1 million followers and c. 10 million monthly views across platforms.

We’re looking for someone who can take raw footage and turn it into clean, publish-ready content consistently.

Our content style is simple and clean. Editing is mostly trimming, clipping, improving flow and adding light text overlay or subtitles.

How we work:

You won’t be coming up with content ideas from scratch.

I’ll provide:

Clear concepts and formats

Scripts or rough structure

Examples of how each type of content should look

Your role is to execute these ideas cleanly & consistently, and improve the final result through editing, pacing and small decisions.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be responsible for turning raw footage into clean, publish-ready content consistently.

This is a hands-on role, but the expectation is simple. I film and you turn it into finished content.

Edit short-form videos for our main social media channels

Trimming, flow, subtitles, simple text overlays

Edit long-form YouTube videos

Clean cuts, pacing, adding simple B-Roll to keep the video engaging, light text overlay

Create simple carousel posts

Clear, structured and easy to read

Help keep content output consistent

Turn raw footage into a steady stream of publish-ready posts

Occasionally help organize content files or prep materials for posting

Follow existing content formats and improve them over time

This Role Is For You If:

You already have experience editing content

You can take raw clips and make them feel smooth and easy to watch

You’re comfortable following a clear structure, but can still make small decisions to improve the final result

You don’t rely on heavy effects or tricks to make content “interesting”

You’re reliable and get things done without being chased

This role is NOT for you if:
