Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Compliance Specialist

What You Will Work On

Implement AI governance frameworks aligned with the EU AI Act

Define and enforce compliance policies, standards, and procedures for AI solutions

Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into technical and business practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, engineering, manufacturing, procurement)

Ensure AI systems are transparent, explainable, and compliant

Develop and deliver internal training and awareness programs for responsible AI usage

Monitor regulatory developments and advise stakeholders on implications

Support risk assessments and governance processes for AI initiatives

What You Bring

Degree in law, engineering, or a related field (e.g., LL.M, JD, MSc or equivalent)

Strong understanding of AI technologies and associated regulatory requirements

Proven experience in compliance, governance, or legal advisory roles

Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments

Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical implementation

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in project management, change management, or business analysis

Fluent in English
