Responsibilities

  • We are looking for an experienced Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Specialist to oversee and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental practices at our data center in Mäntsälä.
  • This is a critical on-site role ensuring compliance, operational safety, and a strong safety culture in a high-performance, mission-critical environment.
  • Your responsibilities will include: Own and develop Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) systems to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local authorities and regulatory bodies (e.g., environmental reporting, fire safety, chemical safety, energy efficiency)
  • Ensure the reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of safety-critical systems (fire protection, emergency systems, equipment and tool safety, etc.)
  • Lead risk assessments, safety procedures, and incident management processes; ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and consistently followed
  • Drive incident reporting, investigation, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Maintain EHS data, KPIs, and reporting; lead internal audits and support external audits and inspections
