Technical Support Engineer

Role includes:

Delivering top class service to our customers and partners via phone and email,

Independent evaluation, prioritization and handling of the Technical Support tickets,

Collaboration with stakeholders across the company,

Proactive communication to customers, partners and stakeholders,

Opportunity to grow into increasing responsibility and support day-to-day coordination in the function.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT/ICT/IOT and computing in general,
  • Fluent English, additional languages are considered a bonus,
  • A keen interest in the world of cybersecurity.
  • Advantage, but not required:
  • Experience in networking and/or cloud technology (Azure AWS, Google Cloud and basics of Linux would be awesome),
  • Experience of ServiceNow admin role,
  • Experience of hosting services,
  • Experience of manager or team lead role.
