We're looking for a Prompt Engineer to help shape the next generation of our widely used conversational agent, Esa-Pekka.
You will join Elisa's Conversational Agent (ECA) team and focus on developing Elisa's widely used chatbot and conversational agent, Esa-Pekka. The team is transforming Elisa's customer service and sales chats by creating an exceptional conversational agent experience. The team is now focusing on Genesys-GCP deployments and software across various environments, including web, voice, native apps, and phone services.
Must-have requirements
A minimum of four years of experience in conversational agent / chatbot development in a multichannel environment, including chat and voice
At least one year of experience in prompt engineering with Google's conversational AI platforms (for example, Dialogflow CX flows and CX Agents Studio in a work context)
Background and experience in coding with Python for a minimum of two years
At least two years of experience working with customer care tools (for example, Genesys) and contact centres
Experience with APIs, architectures, and infrastructures for requirements and implementations built together with developers
Experience in building digital services for customers in both B2B and B2C contexts
Solid knowledge of the AI Act and ethics related to customer services
Good to have experience in the following areas
Ability to analyse conversational data to derive customer insights and guide future development
Experience using Gemini models and capabilities in conversational agent development
Experience in conversational design and in bringing concepts into production
Experience with Looker Studio
Experience with quality evaluation and metrics
Fluency in Finnish is required, and working proficiency in English is expected
