We are looking for a Kitchen Shift Leader to strengthen our team and take our kitchen operations to the next level.

What will be your mission?

As a Kitchen Shift Leader, you are responsible for leading the shift and ensuring smooth kitchen operations while maintaining the highest quality standards.

What will you do?

Lead the kitchen during your shift and keep operations under control

Ensure the quality, presentation and consistency of all dishes

Participate in daily kitchen operations together with the team

Organize and prepare mise-en-place efficiently while minimizing waste

Handle receiving, storing and organizing products

Maintain a clean, well-organized and safe working environment

Monitor food quality, freshness and proper storage

Report maintenance, hygiene and safety issues

Follow all health and safety regulations

Support team performance and contribute to achieving departmental goals

What are we looking for?

Minimum 5 years of experience in an à la carte kitchen or hotel kitchen
