We are looking for a Process & System Expert with a main responsibility in process governance, systems enablement, and operations excellence within Operations Management in Performance Services, where our 60+ experts are providing remote support services for customers operating Wärtsilä four-stroke marine engines globally.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Process & System Expert, your work will include owning and developing end-to-end delivery processes and ensuring that our operational tools effectively support them. You'll be working as a part of our collaborative and forward-looking Operations Management team with diverse expertise.

The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland (Sustainable Technology Hub). We offer a possibility for hybrid work in line with company and business policy.
